Antonis Partellas
DirectorAntonis Partellas is one of the two founders of the firm. He is a UK qualified accountant and has had more than 30 years of experience in the areas of the firm’s activities. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales) and ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus). He is also a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Stelios Kiliaris
DirectorStelios Kiliaris is one of the two founders of the firm. He is a UK qualified accountant and has had more than 30 years of experience in the areas of the firm’s activities. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ICPAC.
Marianna Mouzouri
Audit ManagerMarianna Mouzouri is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of the ACCA and ICPAC. Having more than 12 years of experience in the areas of Audit and Tax in Cyprus, she is responsible for planning and leading audit engagements serving both multinational and local clients. She is also responsible for providing advisory services in relation to tax planning and compliance to private companies.
Panayiotis Elia
Audit ManagerPanayiotis Elia is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of the ACCA and ICPAC. He has more than 12 years experience in the accounting and audit sectors and is responsible for a portfolio of local and international clients with various operating activities.
Stephanie Mouzouri
Audit ManagerStephanie Mouzouri is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of the ACCA and ICPAC with more than 8 years of experience in the audit field. She demonstrates her experience in supervisory control over audit personnel and provides guidance and assistance. She is responsible for dealing with clients in various industries including trading, investment and financial services.
George Kyrillou
Audit Assistant ManagerGeorge Kyrillou is a Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. His responsibilities include the managing of a portfolio of clients in various sectors, assisting the audit manager with audit reviews and coaching of junior staff in order to enrich their knowledge and reach their potentials.
Sofia Terzi
Audit SupervisorSofia Terzi is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, member of the ACCA and ICPAC. She holds a portfolio of companies located in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Among her auditor responsibilities, she also ensures companies comply with policies and procedures and assists clients in overseas planning and reporting activities.
Minas Christoforou
Audit Assistant ManagerMinas Christoforou holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting, is a Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a member of the ICPAC with more than 7 years of experience in the accounting and audit field. His responsibilities include the managing of a portfolio of clients in various sectors, assisting the audit manager with audit reviews and coaching of junior staff in order to enrich their knowledge and reach their potentials.

Accounts SupervisorAntonia Kyriacou has been with the firm for over 20 years. She is responsible for the internal accounting of the firm as well as for a portfolio of local clients. She has extensive experience with payroll and social insurance matters.
Christina Karavasili
Accounts ManagerWith over 25 years of experience in the accounting field, Christina Karavasili is the Accounts Manager of the firm. She is responsible for managing her accounts team of 15 to cover all aspects of bookkeeping for 600 plus clients.
Louiza Kyriacou
Accounts SupervisorLouiza has over 12 years of experience in the accounting field. She holds a large portfolio of local and international clients and she is also responsible for assisting her manager in reviewing and guiding the accounts team.
